
Real Time Action Brand Identity
The Challenge:
Real Time Action (RTA) needed a new brand identity to support their mobile technology that enables service industry employees to respond quickly customer needs using realtime targeted data.
The Solution:
The brief requested a focus on the "precision" and "targeted" aspects of the mobile tool and required that the logo feature an arrow hitting a target. I explored arrows and targets, but recommended a less-literal approach emphasizing the customer service and communication. The final RTA identity tells a story of individuals using mobile tech to forge fast connections.
